I'm going to go to bed soon, and when I wake up, I have to prepare for work.
To subdue my crankiness, I have to think like this...
I don't go to work. I do a mindless sport. I do this sport 4 times for 10 hours during the week. Everyday I try to move a little faster. If I can't move fast enough, I'm out.
That's all there is to it.
