Ok, I'm pretty much done with diarrhea, and I sent out two job applications. They were not beautifully polished, but I reckon my chances of getting those jobs were low anyway.
Despite this, I did it..... So, yay me!
I have two potential gigs coming up, nothing to brag about, but it might be enough to let me leave the house without guilt. I'm going to participate in a study about country music, and a guy was interested in hiring me to work for low pay on a pyrotechnics crew.
I'm pretty excited about potentially doing some pyrotechnics stuff. Truly, this is where electrical stuff becomes fun. If you don't have the capacity to make stuff work electrically, you can always just blow it up.
Despite my eagerness to blow shit up, it's important to keep a level head about this. I don't want my own face blowing off. So if it looks sketchy, it is sketchy. I need to walk away when it gets too dangerous because nothing is going to buy me my life back.
Wow! I just received a response back from Savory Seattle tours, they want me to make a 3-minute video of me talking about the stuff in my refrigerator and want it by Sunday midnight. Sounds sketch and a lot of work.
Oh well, it sounds fun. I'll dress conservatively, and if it ends up on a grotesque porn site, mother I failed you.
These are the 3 companies I contacted.
